Bottarga and celery salad

 

 

Serves two as a starter.

 

Ingredients

 

50g bottarga, roughly one long lobe

3 ribs celery, deveined

1 large handful frisée lettuce leaves

1/2 lemon, juice only, I use Meyer if I can find it

2 tbsp light tasting extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt

Black pepper
