Tiny, crispy crabs

This is not so much a recipe as a note of encouragement. If you ever see tiny little crabs at the fishmonger or happen to catch them, perhaps when you were hoping for something else, don't throw them back! 

 

Instead sizzle them in hot oil 180°C (350°F) for a few minutes until they turn bright red and their shells crisp. Sprinkled with sea salt they are a delicious. Think seafood popcorn.
